About Kristy & Bryden
Southern Ontario locals, Kristy and Bryden both grew up in Milton. For the last 10 years they have called Carlisle home.

Kristy has a strong, 17 year background in the finance industry. She has extensive experience working in the private sector for a family owned business. Kristy leverages her financial knowledge in her current role, and has left many buyers and sellers impressed with her eye for financial details, specifically when it comes to negotiating prices.
In her spare time, Kristy sits on the board as a member of the Milton District Hospital Foundation.
Bryden has an entrepreneurial background and brings 12 years of experience working in the fast-paced restaurant industry. He also owned and operated a local bike shop in Milton, where he utilized his charisma and strong communication skills to organize corporate and live events. Bryden is also heavily involved in the Halton Conservation Foundation Board.
When they aren’t helping clients find their dream homes, they love to get outdoors and unwind. Both Kristy and Bryden are active hikers and cyclists. You can find them scouting out local trails with their three dogs, Kansas, Chief and Stella.
Likewise, the Tait Sargent Team takes every opportunity to give back to the community. They love supporting the local regions where they live and work. The two organize food drives for the Flamborough Food Bank, as well as various fundraisers for a variety of local Women’s shelters.
